I spent three years in corporate marketing for real estate before deciding I'd rather build my career around training and moving my body than behind a desk.

I respect the corporate and entrepreneurial grind. I know it well. Most people who choose that path end up putting their body on hold, focused on building their career first and dealing with their physical health later. That tradeoff is real, and I want to help people make it less of a tradeoff.

I work with driven adults who built impressive careers and want their bodies to catch up. My background is in calisthenics, yoga, and a range of action sports, and I bring all of it into how I train people. The goal is simple. Feel strong, move well, look the part.
